Friend in libraryMomThis person person means a lot to me, because of a couple of reasons. They are pretty obvious. She is my mom, she brought me into this interesting world and fared against my childly tantrums, when I was... well... a child. Besides all the flaws she loved me regardless, and is overall a very good person. The most obvious one is the fact that she fed me and kept me alive. This photo was taken when along side a window that lead to the balcony. I tried to maintain a balance between the black railings and the white cover of the chair. It also includes some of the green scenery from behind and the obvious sunlight that hits her face directly. Creating the left side of the image to be bright and vibrant and a good and light shadow across half her face. until the left side that is slightly tilted towards the front is hit by slight and muffled sunlight. The few challenges that I faced while trying to edit these images was getting a nice shade and exposure in the curve. you have to really look at the slight changes that the curve makes and try to make the best combination from the curves. It was a interesting process. I think in this specific image I used the lasso tool well in order to blur the background. I also, think I created. a nice balance between the images and also used the thirds rule effectively. The best part of this image is the amazing lighting. I think I did that really welll. |
